GOLD MOTORS is an Audatex centre with a fully computerised estimating system. Almost every insurance company uses this estimating system which sends the estimate from us to the insurance company with photographs and every detail of the claim that is relevant.   We offer the AUDATEX computerised estimate on a booking basis, which takes place while you wait. The estimate should take no longer than five minutes. This includes advice of what should be done to your car from qualified technicians. Estimates cost our company £35 + VAT.  This is charged out to the customer at the time of estimating.  (This is reimbursed when the job is authorised or completed). We will track your claim from start to finish if requested. All that is needed a contact telephone number for your insurance company and a claim reference number. HELPHIRE, ALBANY, SWIFT and CABAID customers or referrals do not have to pay any charges for estimates as we are authorised repairer for the above four companies. Non-insurance estimates are also on a booking basis. Verbal quotes and advice can be given free. Friendly advice is given whether you chose our company or another company we are here to help you. We can estimate anything from minor scratches, chips, scuffs, dings or major dents on any panel.
